Background
Judith McMinn is Founder and CEO of Rezon Ltd. She brought together a team of global experts to design and produce the world’s most advanced and technically superior solution to rotational brain injury from concussion and sub-concussive head impacts in sport.
Judith has a proven track record in strategic and operational problem-solving. She has 20 plus years’ broad experience of planning, delivering and supporting unprecedented, large-scale change within people based, high-profile, complex and global environments to improve financial, operational and brand performance.
Judith’s career includes an £80m cost down efficiency programme, a government recruitment transformation enabling a 23% increase in staff diversity, a high-volume process review for the largest retail bank in Britain and a wide range of complex commercial developments for former UK Prime Minister Sir Tony Blair, including redesigning and building up his strategy consultancy business across 30 legal jurisdictions, and the merger of his commercial, political and philanthropy enterprises into a not-for-profit global foundation.
