If the products you have ordered are out of stock, then we will let you know by e-mail. If You order more than one product, we do not guarantee that all goods will be delivered to you in one delivery, and we reserve the right to deliver in multiple consignments.

We endeavour to deliver all orders within the indicated time frames stated above. However, the time frames are estimates only. References to “working day” shall mean any day of the week, excluding weekends and bank holidays. If we are unable to deliver the goods within the indicated timescale, we shall use reasonable efforts to tell you this by e-mail and provide an amended delivery estimate.

Due to the nature of seasonal increases in demand and factors beyond our control, there may occasionally be longer delivery times. We will aim to inform you of any significant delay to avoid disappointment. From time to time, Rezon will offer free delivery promotions. Promotions are only available at the time of purchase, based on the terms and conditions of the particular promotion.

Rezon is committed to reducing its impact on the environment. We seek to ensure that the majority of deliveries are carbon neutral; offsetting emissions through initiatives such as electric vans and climate protection projects. We have also reduced the non-recyclable components of our delivery packaging and are dedicated to continuing this reduction, as we strive to reduce our footprint even further.

All purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (£) and International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate as required.

Delivery Rates & Times

Mainland UK, Non-Mainland UK & Isle of Man

  • Standard delivery to mainland UK, non-mainland UK and Isle of Man is free for all orders.
  • We endeavour to deliver to the UK mainland, non-mainland UK and Isle of Man in 5 working days, order by 12 noon. This excludes weekends and UK bank holidays.

Ireland

  • Standard delivery to Ireland is £11 when 1-5 units of products.
  • Standard delivery to Ireland is £25 when ordering 6-100 units of a products.
  • Contact us for orders over 100 units.
  • Standard delivery to Ireland will take 5-7 working days.

European Delivery

  • Standard European delivery is £15 when ordering 1-5 units of products.
  • Standard European delivery is £25 when ordering 6-100 units of a products.
  • Contact us for orders over 100 units.
  • Delivery is typically 5 – 7 Working days (order by 12 noon), However, if for any reason your order does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 15 working days from the date you placed your order before contacting us.

Rest of World (RoW) Delivery

  • Standard RoW delivery is £15 when ordering 1-5 units of products.
  • Standard RoW delivery is £35 when ordering 6-100 units of a products.
  • Contact us for orders over 100 units.
  • Delivery is typically 10 Working days (order by 12 noon), However, if for any reason your order does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 15 working days from the date you placed your order before contacting us.

To most markets, goods are dispatched on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis, which means you should not need to pay additional charges at the point of delivery. The countries where this service is available are: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Korea (South), Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United States. In all other markets, the prices will not account for tax and duties on orders over a threshold; these will be communicated at checkout and you will have the option to either pay the additional charges when placing the order or at point of delivery. Please note, any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable directly by the recipient.

Returns Policy

You do not have the legal right to cancel or have a refund for any goods that have been personalised to your requirements i.e. Halos® Team. Except for where the product is faulty. If there is a problem with the Halos® Team product, please contact us at orders@rezonwear.com Rezon will pay the costs of postage in the returns of faulty goods.

If you have bought non-personalised goods, ie Halos®, you have 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods, unless your goods are split into several deliveries over different days, in which case you have until 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the last delivery to change your mind about the goods. If you change your mind, you must pay the costs of return and complete the Rezon returns form. We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not cause them not to be a resalable product. The Halos® product cannot be worn and must be returned unused and in good condition with the original packaging. Should the packaging be damaged, please get in touch with us at orders@rezonwear.com
